About Udigas-300
Udigas-300 is an oral tablet formulation of Ursodeoxycholic Acid (UDCA) 300 mg from Amigas Pharma. Ursodeoxycholic acid is a naturally occurring hydrophilic bile acid that alters the composition of the bile acid pool, reducing cholesterol saturation of bile and supporting hepatobiliary function. Under medical supervision it is used for the dissolution of radiolucent cholesterol gallstones in patients unsuitable for surgery and in the long-term management of primary biliary cholangitis (formerly primary biliary cirrhosis). Udigas-300 is manufactured in a WHO-GMP certified facility with strict controls on active ingredient purity, tablet uniformity and dissolution performance to support consistent long-term therapy.
